NEW ACCOUNTS

Royale Comfort Ltd supply only "trade" customers and evidence of this is paramount prior to commencement of trading. Potential customers will be asked to supply proof of Trade for example VAT Number, Business invoices, Business letter head etc

Royale Comfort reserves the right to reject any application they feel might not be “bona fide” Trade.

 

TERMINOLOGY

"Royale Comfort" relates to Royale Comfort Ltd

"The Customer" relates to the person, partnership, firm or company which places the order with Royale Comfort 

 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Royale Comfort have made every effort to display all products on their Website as accurately as possible. The colour of a product may vary in accordance to the settings of the customers computer, monitor, software or printer from the colour of the actual product received .The majority of furniture is hand crafted and therefore occasionally may alter or slightly change the design of items due to the handmade nature, Although overall quality is not affected. We cannot accept these as faults. Due to the handicraft nature size is to be used as a guide only whilst every effort is maintained to provide a consistent colour and finish for product groups, if exact matches of furniture are required we advise ordering from the same batch.

 

PAYMENTS AND PRICING

It is always possible that despite best efforts, some products listed on the Website may be incorrectly priced. Prices will be verified by Sales Staff or via a sales order confirmation prior to delivery.

Royale Comfort are under no obligation to supply products in the event of an incorrect pricing.

Royale Comfort reserve the right to change prices without notice

Product Lead times listed on the web site are estimates and whilst updated frequently we are governed by delays out of our control e.g. shipping delays customs delay

Stock Information is updated automatically throughout the day, However, we advise customers to be aware that stock figures change frequently and Royale Comfort  cannot be held responsible for a loss of sale if “In Stock “items are no longer available.

All orders are processed on a strictly pro-forma basis, and payment must be made in advance of despatch of goods, or upon collection of goods from our warehouse.  Payment may be made by cash, debit/credit cards or bankers drafts. Cheque "On Delivery" will only be accepted from customers with Credit Account. A Charge of £20.00 will be applied for unpaid/returned cheques. In the event of a returned cheque cleared funds are required to process any further orders. All goods remain the property of Royale Comfort Ltd until full and final payment has been received

 

PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

Orders can be placed via Royale Comfort Website www.royalecomfort.co.uk by email sales@royalecomfort.co.uk or by telephone 0121 7735295. Once an order has been placed items that are in stock will automatically be allocated to the order. The sales order will be forwarded to the customer’s  "account email" detailing in stock and out of stock items . It is a requirement that the products are checked and delivery address showing is correct. In Stock Items have to reach a minimum order value of £500 including VAT for delivery. "Back Order" Items will be allocated once stock arrives.  Where possible, every effort will be made by Royale Comfort to notify the customer prior to despatch if an item is not available for delivery.  Should items be found to be unavailable at the time of despatch, Royale Comfort may decide to offer a close alternative which will be noted on the paperwork sent with the order.  The alternative item offered may be refused upon delivery or alternatively customers are expected to notify Royale Comfort within three days, as specified in the 'procedure for return of goods'.  Occasionally allocated stock items are not available and Royale Comfort cannot be held responsible for a loss of sale if "In Stock" items are no longer available.

 

DELIVERY

Delivery may be made either by courier, pallet or Royale Comfort own vehicle. We aim to make deliveries as convenient as possible for our customers and give an indication of delivery day and estimated time. Royale Comfort operate a multi drop system, therefore, it is not possible to state an exact delivery time.

Royale Comfort will not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by the Customer as a result of Royale Comfort   failure to comply with such delivery times.  Royale Comfort provide a one man delivery service therefore drivers may require assistance with unloading. Delivery is specified to the property door. Royale Comfort cannot take responsibility for any damages to property fixtures or fittings caused by drivers carrying stock into the customer’s premises.

If an arranged delivery cannot be made due to non payment or non attendance, a charge of £20.00 will be levied for the aborted delivery.

 

 

 

FOR DELIVERY TO ENGLAND WALES AND SCOTLAND

For Delivery within England Wales and Scotland (apart from the Scottish Highlands) there is a minimum order value, per order, of £500.00

For Delivery to the Scottish Highlands there is a minimum order value, per order, of £800.00.

 

CANCELLATIONS

All orders must be cancelled in writing via email. Orders can only be cancelled prior to despatch. If the goods are already in transit there will be a £20 returns fee levied

 

PROCEDURE FOR RETURN OF GOODS/CREDITS

Royale Comfort requires that all goods are checked immediately and we are informed of any damages or discrepancies within 7 days by calling us on 0121 773 52 95 or by emailing us at support@royalecomfort.co.uk including  order number, Product Code, Reason for Damage and where possible images are to be forwarded. The notification time is inclusive of the delivery day therefore if Goods are received on a Monday we require written notification by Wednesday. Raised collection notes are valid for 6 months only, during this period items must be collected on subsequent deliveries or alternatively returned directly to our warehouse by the customer.

 

In addition to the above Royale Comfort Ltd will only accept return of goods under the following criteria:

 

1. The condition of the goods becomes the responsibility of the buyer immediately upon delivery by Royale Comfort Ltd to the purchasers' address. We will not accept return of any goods that have been transported elsewhere after delivery by Royale Comfort Ltd.

2. Items collected by the customer or a 3rd party collection service will not be accepted as returns, all items should be checked in the warehouse by the customer, courier or haulier company before a collection is made.

3. Goods being returned must be in their original boxes/cartons and original packaging. Please take care when opening packaging to keep all the packaging intact. Under no circumstances can we accept returns that do not have their original packaging.

4. Returns will be collected once the collection note is processed and Royale Comfort will allocate the collection on the subsequent order/delivery placed by the customer 

5. Ex-display items may not be returned.

6. Our driver will only accept goods, for return, by prior arrangement with the authority of Royale Comfort Ltd, where a collection note has been raised. The Driver will not accept any goods without an official collection note. Collection notes must be signed by the customer and the driver.

7. Items must be packed and ready for collection on the agreed uplift date. The Driver will refuse incorrectly packaged items. If the item is not available for collection it will be assumed a credit is no longer required and the credit note will be cancelled and no credit given.

8. Royale Comfort will examine and quality control all returns. Once the defective item is accepted a credit note will be raised to the customer’s account.

9. We reserve the right to return any piece that we deem to be in good saleable condition.

 

Failure to comply with the above procedure will result in goods not being credited or replaced.

 

 

Customers requiring collecting orders please make confirmed arrangements prior to collection. We can arrange to have your order pulled and ready for dispatch. Arriving without prior notification may cause considerable delays to your collection.

Please note we do not insure your forward carrier. We advise that you arrange to have all goods checked for damage before loading onto your carrier’s vehicle - we do not accept responsibility for 3rd party transit damage
