How can I pay?

Payment can be made via cash, card or same day bank transfer.

 

How do I place an order?

All orders can be placed via website, telephone or email – sales@royalecomfort.co.uk

 

How do I cancel an item once I have placed my order?

If you are required to cancel an item you have ordered you can either call us immediately on 0121 440 3259 or you can email us on sales@royalecomfort.co.uk.

Any cancellations need to be done as soon as possible as collection charges will be applied if the goods leave our warehouse.

 

How long does delivery take?

All deliveries to warehouses or shops will take place within 7-10 working days after placing the order. All 3rd party deliveries will be prioritised and sent out with our next day drop shop service. The cut-off point for all 3rd party deliveries will be 1 pm.

 

Do you provide drop shipping Service?

Drop shipping service is available using our next day delivery service to UK mainland only. Alternatively, you can send your own driver or courier service to collect from our warehouse.

 

What is your minimum order?

For drop shipping there is no minimum order, however, there will be a 3rd party courier service charge applied depending on the weight of the item (please see back of price list). However, for all shop and warehouse deliveries, the minimum order is £500 including VAT.

 

How do I report a damaged or missing item?

If you have a damaged or missing item, please inform us within 7 days of purchase. To report a damaged, faulty or missing product please call us – 0121-773-5295 or email us on support@royalecomfort.co.uk. Please note any damages reported after 7 days will not be accepted unless proven as a manufactures fault and any missing parts reported after 7 days must be paid for in full.

 

How can I track the progress of my delivery?

To track the progress of your delivery you can simply call us and speak to a member of our sales team.

What if I miss my delivery?

If on the first attempt of delivery you are not available, you will be charged a re-delivery charge of £20 + VAT each time delivery is re-attempted.
